This model features a powerful 1 HP 2-Speed motor to accommodate approximately 4,000 sq.ft. indoors at 11,000 CFM on low speed and 20,000 CFM on high speed. You can feel the cold air, even outdoors, for at least 70 feet or more!
The molded Polyethylene plastic housing is seated upon a durable galvanized steel caddy with 8″ solid rubber ball bearing casters. The 1/6 HP, 115 V, 5 amp pump is self-priming and provides the water flow from the 40 gallon water reservoir over the 35 sq.ft. area of the evaporation media. The new 48″ Port-A-Cool® cools the air 18°-22° for approximately $1.00 per day!
The fan blades and shroud components of the fans are of heavy duty Polyethylene to provide 100% corrosion resistance. The 1 HP, 8.7 amp fan motor is water proof and air cooled. The 6″ thick KÜÜL® cooling pads are constructed of a resin-treated kraft paper to provide an effective air flow to accelerate through the 37/37 degree angle cooling pads.
This model is useful for large areas including factories, warehouses, assembly lines, laundries, large kitchens, welding shops, auto service garages, outdoor loading docks, outdoor restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts, golf driving ranges and hundreds of other otherwise “impossible” places that need cooling, but was never thought of because of the expense to cool such areas.
